CITIZEN'S New SQC (Statistical Quality Control System) is a computer application which allows in-line inspectors and quality controllers to maintain accurate and complete records of identified defects and keep quality at proper levels. SQC provides up-to-date information in clear and meaningful presentations needed by plant managment. SQC interacts with users in an on-line, conversational manner with minimal training. SQC users are directed to each data field automatically by the system. Data is verified immediately and error messages are output in clear language for easy understanding.

  • Fully automatic operation. Weighing individual capsule to printing report with statistical data.
  • Precision weighing balance with 1mg accuracy and repeatability.
  • Interfacing system to switch off the machine, if capsules are beyond the set limits.
  • Completely enclosed & sturdy design, which will not transfer the vibration of the machine to the weighing balance.
  • Provision for recording graph, batch data,date & time, statistics result & operator detail etc,.
  • If 1 or fewer capsules recorded, Program will not consider the weight & will not print.
