DCDa dual counting scale covers capacities up to 60Kg with a displayed resolution of 1:15,000 and internal resolution 1:120.000. When linked to a second scale platform the DCDa is used for the sample quantity and establishing the unit weight. The bulk quantity is loaded on to the second platform, with the quantity and total weight being shown on the DCDa display in the usual way. This means that large quantities can be counted in one simple operation. The DCDa also has a cumulative count facility which allows the operator to count several batches of the same part and enter each quantity into memory. The total overall count can be recalled at any time, as well as the number of batches counted. Each model in the DCDa range has two levels of sensitivity controlled by a simple button push.
