The Hardy Instruments HI 3001 Master Display provides control and monitoring for all remote 3000 series products networked to it. Hardy's Master Display model HI 3001 provides local control and monitoring of all types of remotely located 3000 series products networked to it. When a remote instrument is chosen, pressing a key on the master is like pressing a key directly on the front of the networked instrument. Likewise the HI 3001’s display replicates what is shown on the remote instruments display. This also allows for lower cost remote controllers with no keypad or display if not required. The Master Display can also act as a communications bridge to another network or your PC, PLC or DCs. This eliminates the cost of adding an optional communication card to each instrument. The Master also comes standard with 4 AC or DC relay outputs ( 3 additional can be added) that can be mapped for use by any HI 3000 Series controller on the network. The Master Display has a standard NEMA 4X/IP66 keyboard and 4-line 20-character LCD display that can be panel mounted. An optional swivel mount bracket allows desk or wall mounting and an optional environmental rear cap gives the entire instrument a NEMA 4X/IP66 rating for stand-alone installations. An Ethernet and DeviceNet interface (configurable as master of slave) are standard while optional Allen-Bradley Remote I/O, ControlNet, Profibus or Modbus over Ethernet can be added. Certifications: |
