Salter Brecknell Intelligent Load Supports

The mild steel ILS frame is an integrated assembly incorporating two supporting conveyor legs, with two analog load cells, a junction box and cabling.

Installation: Bolt-on ILS frames replace existing conveyor legs. Junction boxes include pre-wired input and output cables for fast setup. Typically, two frames are required per conveyor. For static applications that require the use of two conveyor sections to create a longer weighing platform, a third frames is installed where the sectins are joined together.

• Capacities: 440 lb per ILS frame. Total scale capacity is double the indiviudal frame rating. When selecting a capacity, the weight of the conveyor section must be factored in.
