| Screw feeders are available for most any feed rate and feature 2-3 cubic foot hoppers or larger as needed for the application. Â Includes load cells and controller to provide batch weighing or continuous feed of product into a process. Â Feeder can be hand loaded or, when used in conjunction with other equipment, can be automatically re-loaded from a supply bin above. Â Typically used with Bulk Bag stands, these feeders offer excellent weight control when used in batching or continuous feed control systems. Stainless Steel gravimetric screw feeders are available in many sizes to meet rate and storage requirements as needed. Feed rates available from .192 cubic inches per revolution (5/8" Diameter ) to 143 cubic inches per revolution (6"Diameter). Feed rates can be calculated once bulk density is known. Adjustable stands can be built to accommodate different discharge heights as needed. Hoppers available from 1 cubic foot to any size needed to accommodate requirements for batch or continuous applications. Internal agitator is available for difficult powders. Hopper top options include open with grate, round inlet in 6", 8" 10" or 12" diameters to match up to customer refill equipment, or hinged top with bag rest for manual refill operations. Controller automatically optimizes rate and sets dribble point. Operator enters target required and the controller does the rest. History information available at the press of a button to display the previous 200 batch weights. Remote interface is available as well as Allen Bradley Remote I/O interface.
