Platform scales are available in FLAT TOP or SIDE RAIL design. Fabricated with 304 or 316 stainless they fit the need for most food processing or pharmaceutical operations. The side rail design offers a VERY low weighing surface of 1.75 inches off the floor. The load cells are contained within the side rails and the side rails are "live". The ramp design allows for easy locating and fastening to the floor when required otherwise the scale base and ramp are free to move if hit. Platform is available with "sealed" stainless steel load cells or "hermetically sealed" stainless steel load cells.
